2 years nako nag v-vape sa una madali kong natigilan mag yosi pero ngayon na ttemp ako na mag yosi ulit paminsan minsan lalo na nung nag saltnic na juice ako

ang weird na ng vaping space since mag quit ako. quit smoking with vaping nun mga 2016 and fully cold na nung mga 2019. pagandahan pa ng mods, coils, cotton nun. pero ung gen z talaga simula ng juul, puro mga 10k puff kits nlng. wala na ako masyadong nakikita na may sariling build.

I tried using RTA and Sub ohm atomizers to quit smoking. But d umubra. Nakapag quit tlga ako nung ginamit ko is yung mga maliit na pods like relx.

Quitting smoking is hard, good thing vaping helped me to quit. It took me a while to get out of smoking, but eventually got rid of it.

Nicotine is not bad in small doses. Ayon sa aking pagsasaliksik at mismong karanasan, tar talaga ang masama sa yosi.

When I stopped smoking. Iba yung withdrawal. Inubo talaga ako tapos lumalabas ung sobrang dami na plema.

Been sober sa yosi since 2016 and malaki ang improvement sa breathing, stamina, sense of smell, taste and even my anger. Yun nga lang medyo madalas mainit ulo pero tamang calm lang after some kick of nicotine.

I know mahirap sya itigil lalo na kapag tapos kumain at kapag jejebs. Pero nakaya ko at alam kong kaya nyo rin. If you have questions, maybe I can help. Advocate ako ng pagtigil sa yosi. Well, I help as much as I can.
