vaper since the 2000s. smoker since high school. Malaki nga improvement lalo sa panlasa next step ko talaga is to let go of vaping na din pero ang hirap pa.

so freaking true! I've tried all the ways to quit smoking, babalik at babalik ka din lalo na pag nasama ka sa tropa tas may isang nag yosi. Ayun patay na. Since the Pod system of vapes became more efficient and cheaper, ngayon lahat kami ng tropa naka Relx na. Wala ng Yosi yosi.

I dont really vape or use cigarettes so i cant empathize with those who have a hard time quitting. Although i assume vaping is much healthier than cigarettes, wouldnt it be better to quit smoking (no matter what type) as a whole? I understand it is hard but i am pretty sure vaping still has negative side effects as ive seen in numerous articles. Good luck to you all!!
