simple cardio is a good start, get on a treadmill, walk around your village etc. once ur comfortable with that, add in fasting, eat less, get used to this routine. then add body weight training, do pushups, squats, planks, increase ur walking speed, start jogging, so on and so forth. you get the idea, its a slow roll of progress and you just have to stay committed.I just want to lose weight and be healthy
