Kagaya ng sabi ng iba, start slow. Hanap ka ng hobby or workout adjacent na activity, tas do it twice or thrice a week.

I just want to lose weight and be healthy
simple cardio is a good start, get on a treadmill, walk around your village etc. once ur comfortable with that, add in fasting, eat less, get used to this routine. then add body weight training, do pushups, squats, planks, increase ur walking speed, start jogging, so on and so forth. you get the idea, its a slow roll of progress and you just have to stay committed.

diet pa rin. favorite ko pa rin cardio kasi un talaga pinaka nakakapagod haha
