If kayang mag intermittent fasting then go for it. But still consult your doctor. Don’t just believe some random guy in this forum

Magsstart yan sa diet. Pero not necessarily hindi kakain. You can substitute yung mga narecommend here. Slowly bawas ng food intake can help rin. Saka, much better talaga if may kasama ka if ever to motivate each other.

stick to lower carbs for more than a week ideally two, will give good results.
