I always overthink things. Kahit maliit na bagay. Clinically diagnosed ako. Stopped attending appointments during the middle of pandemic dahil sa mahal ng fee ng sessions plus the meds. Naging alternative ko sa meds at sessions ay magkaroon ng mga kaibigan at pamilya na tutulungan ka. Detox sa social media is a big factor. And wag matakot na magsarado ng pintuan sa mga toxic na tao na pwedeng maging sanhi ng pagkasira ng mental health mo. Hopefully ay may sense itong reply ko.

just do things na always makes you feel comfortable and hangga't maari iwas sa socmed kasi regardless kung involve ka or hindi, negativity is negativity

Bawasan paggamit at pagbukas ng socmed, also gadgets. Try new things/hobbies to keep you occupied and do reflections, puwede ko isulat kung ano mga bago ming natutunan.
Totoo to iwas muna sa soc med iwas toxic muna focus muna sa sarili at kung saan ka sasaya

Stay busy like doing household chores po or anything important activity you should do and you will feel productive and kahit papano matutulungan nito ang mental health m.

Try meditation, yoga, and exercise. Madaming mga tutorials sa youtube na for beginners
