Paano nga po ba pahalagahan ang ating mental health? Napakahirap kasi habang quarantine hindi masyado nakakalabas at nawala na ang dating mga hobbies.
I think in the future mas inclined na mga tao to talk about mental health

Siguro for me ang ginagawa ko is surrounding myself with the positive one. Example ko dito is yung nanonood ng mga educational videos and mga workout videos to make my day productive. Hope it helps :>

Social media detox, rekindle your hobbies, focus on your, and some exercise really helped me a lot during my downtimes. Emotional support from your loved ones and friends is also need.
