Healthy diet din. Lakas makapanghina pag walang sustansiya pagkain lol. More fruits and protein, less rice. Makaka ahon ka rin, kapatid.

Paano nga po ba pahalagahan ang ating mental health? Napakahirap kasi habang quarantine hindi masyado nakakalabas at nawala na ang dating mga hobbies.
A lot of people say exercise and there's definitely a reason for that, you get a lot of dopamine just by realizing that you've completed something especially if it's very productive. It's definitely a big benifit

Have time for self-reflection. Maybe time off from social media can help. If you think you're in a really bad place, never hesitate to seek professional help. Talked to psychologists before during a rough patch and I found it to be a positive experience so far.

sometimes it's the lifestyle pero pwede din talaga scientific are you getting enough sun? lack of vitamin d can cause laziness and a feeling of depression although hindi naman 100 percent yung sinasabi ko may part din yung pag take care ng body sa mental health take some vitamins get out and get some sun do a bit of exercise it might help.
