Great tip talaga yung social media cleansing. Kasi makakaiwas ka sa karamihan ng negative thoughts na papasok sa isip mo. Listen to music and try to watch things na makakapagpasaya sayo.

Go outside and maglakad lakad. Home exercise din. Trust me, nakaka improve ng mental health. :) Also, social media detox. If may hobby ka bukod sa pag sosocial media, make time for it.
