Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
You have to get your creative mind prepared, try doing something to pump you up!

Mindset is the key. Set your goals. Always be mindful of your achievements kahit small pa yan para ma appreciate mo yung nagagawa mo per day. And the most important part. Just do it with Consistency.
