Explore life and narrow down what grabs your attention, interest, curiosity and passion. Then dedicate yourself to that. If you are procrastinating necessary tasks that you don't 'feel like' doing then use reason to make complete sense of why it is necessary in the first place

Hi, I have been trying to lose weight, but everytime i start my routine for abiout a week then i get lazy and stop. what are some of the things you suggest so i can cope my routine better.
Can try small steps.10 min exercise then 15 min to 30 min.buildup habit of exercise

First great step laban sa procrastination? Tumayo ka at huwag kang humawak ng kahit ano, pagkatapos nyan isipin mo ang gusto mong gawing goal. Tiisin mo ang paghawak sa cp o pag upo. Kung magagawa mo yan, edi ilakad mo, tiis nanaman, and then small workout, so on and so forth. Ganyan lng

Look into iifym diet it is the best way to start.

If the food fits your kcal you can still eat it in small amounts, that helped me to get into a constant diet
