Currently on my journey to NoFap (or maybe less fap lang). First, learn to know kung ano ang nagpapa-trigger sa iyo para gawin yan. Is it pr0n? Or yung moment na nakahiga ka lang, naiisip mo na? Try ko assess yourself and make an action plan kung ano ang gagawin mo para maiwasan yung trigger na yun, or kung hindi naman maiwasan, find a way na ma-replace yung next action mo after that trigger.

Then make yourself busy na lang din para iwas distraction sa utak na gusto mag-jabolee.

If you are going to masturbate, at least don’t to masturbate porn. I recommend that whenever you get the urge to masturbate, make yourself do any kind of exercise for a little while and after you are done, the urge should go down at least a little bit. (The harder you exercise, the more the urge is going to go down. I usually do push-ups, the blood is going to flow to your upper body instead) also, the main source of masturbation is that you subconsciously or consciously lust after women/men and their bodies. You have to realize that they are not just sex objects, even though this is how social media portrays them. It is pretty fucked up that there are a lot of people who see others as sex objects, but we have to be responsible not to be brainwashed by social media. The best way to do this is to limit your use of social media, but it’s all up to you. You need to choose not to lust and to just think for a minute is this really what you want to do. I know it’s difficult, but I wish the best for you man. Stopping masturbation is really gonna help you live a better life.

Struggling with this as well, na stop ko sya nung nag pandemic pero bumalik nung nagka work na, stress sguro triggered
