the answer is YES punkz...babagal ang internet connection mo sa TOR dahil sa maraming layers ang pinagdadaanan ng connection mo...dito nagagawa ng TOR ang imask ang true IP mo...kaya be prepared for this...not recommended also ang TOR connection kung gusto mo ng resumable downloads kasi every now and then mag iiba na naman ang ip mask mo...
