usually walking around trying other things that i havent tried before. minsan just sitting on some quiet or coffee place para magbasa basa at try kalimutan lahat ng nangyayari hahaha. pero di parin solution to since it is still better to get checked up to a doctor

Never bottle your emotions. But also do not just release them whenever you can. Meaning na there will always be the right time to show your emotions, find someone you can just talk to lang, whether it be a close friend o kaya stranger.
