many people are opening up regarding mental health, and thats a good sign. if mahilig ka mag basa, hanapin mo "The Power of Now" by "Eckhart Tolle". meron din cyang channel sa youtube if you prefer to watch.

This might sound edgy but listening to music that sounds extremely sad and depressing and kind of making myself cry is good in keeping myself sane.

Oh and theres also exercise, running, reading, watching or even just socializing/talking to people.

jogging and sprinting. di lang sya nakakapagkalimot sakin, pero narerest yung stress ko. sarap syang gawin everyday

Talking to my buddies, di totoo yung sharing your feelings makes you lesser of a man. Kung ganyan tingin nila sayo then they're not your friends and WORKING OUT, it releases endorphins. Basically feel-good hormones sya, brother pag stressed-out ka, workout ka and I assure you you'll be better. Yan ang nakatulong sakin makamove on sa 8 year relationship ko, working out. Sabi nun iba sleep good, how can you sleep good if you have something in mind di ba? Tire yourself first sa workout mo and makakatulog ka ng maayos.
