never skip meals, ik it sounds contradicting kasi mag dadiet ikaw, but skipping meals is very wrong, instead follow a good meal habit and control ur intake in a way na you'll have to monitor ur calorie intakee

Try to start slowly brother. Just make sure you eat the right thing. But dont go overboard overnight. Just start slow by reducing portion and have some exercise
