No real secret but calorie deficit. Exercise will help but diet is responsible for 70% of weight loss

Mahirap talaga pag control ng pagkain. Daanin mo sa pakonti konti. try mo muna walang softdrinks hangang masanay ka tapos subukan mo naman less portion.

mostly calories in vs calories out lang yan, just be mindful of what you eat, have adequate exercise and sleep and you should be good to go. wag mo nga lang biglain yung katawan mo
