if wala kang hormonal imbalance or health problems. only effective way is to control the food you eat. balance between carbs and protein. then exercise regularly. problem sa ibang diet is gusto ng mabilisan result. remember that if gusto mo tumagal yung figure mo, make it a lifestyle.

First figure out what your daily caloric intake is. Lots of website that can help you with that for free depending on your height to weight ratio like myfitnesspal app. After finding out your caloric number try to eat 200 to 300 calories less than your daily intake.
