Pursige lang idol, dapat kino-consider mo ang calorie intake mo per day at kahit papano kada araw nakakapag exercise, i suggest mag download ng app na makakamonitor sa calorie intake mo kagaya ng "MyFitnessPal".

just instill in your mind that its gonna be a long process. you must stay committed, do the basics well and just show up in the gym. dont beat yourself up when you have days where you dont workout or overeat, these things will happen and its just part of the process. keep a positive mindset and be in it for the long haul, enjoy the process!

Pwede ka ring magweight training as more muscle burns more calories, better in the long run basically

Don't think about exercise muna. Focus on lowering daily calories and once used to it then you can exercise
