I would go with a PC, that you can swap out the components over time

End of the day nakadepende sa use case mo. I enjoy being on the go kaya i settled for laptop. And meron na rin ngayon cloud gaming kaya kahit hindi super high-end laptop mo, makakalaro ka ng AAA games as long as you have good internet.
