Diet. Caloric deficit lang tapos bawas ka carbs. Samahan mo rin ng workout para may muscle. Pag mas may muscle mass ka mas mabilis ka makakaburn ng calories
Dry fast. Start on weekends or holidays with many days off, first thing in the morning. Do nothing, eat and drink nothing. Look at your scale weight, numbers should move by the end of day.
One day isn't enough, sleep and do it for another day or two.
