It really depends. May mga big companies kasi na nakadepende yung starting pay kung saan ka graduate. Which is totally unfair

yes tapos depende din if part na ng frat/may backer sa company na papasukan mo hahaha

depende sa trabaho na papasukan mo pre, yung sakin di naman required ng degree kaya nakapasok ako

Tutal nag aapply ako ngayon. From my understanding, nagiging importante lang ang school para sa job application kapag ang papasukan mo ay malaking firm/company or sa government ka.

Kapag foreign, BPO, or iba pang companies, hindi na tinitignan.

Feel ko nagmamatter din kung paano ka makipagcommunicate, malaking factor din 'yung maimpress mo 'yung interviewer. Para bang nagbebenta ka ng product, sa pagaaply ang product nga lang ay ikaw, achievements mo gano'n and 'yung eagerness mo to learn for example

Graduate ako from Big 4. IMHO, sa junior positions lang may impact ang school. Sa managerial, experience talaga.

Best tip saken is to intern at the company you want to work in and perform good their so they likely will absorb you. Plus na if big 4 ka pa

I'm from a big state university (not part of Big Four obviously). Never had issues applying for a job. Some universities outside of NCAA and UAAP are breaking the glass ceiling because they are catching up.

However, let me say that coming from Big Three (ADMU, DLSU and UP) and some elite schools (AIM, SOFA Institute, iAcademy) have a lot of advantages.
