Graduate ako from Big 4. IMHO, sa junior positions lang may impact ang school. Sa managerial, experience talaga.

School matters in job specific fields. Not all, but some.

Sa ibang sectors like finance, government, and in an extent engineering & manufacturing, laking buhat ng Big 4. Titimplahan mo yung HR kung sensitive sya sa mga ganyan.

Sa iba like most outsourcing careers, wampake haha.

I think it still depends kung anong job yung inaapplyan. Basta apply ng apply hangang makagain ka ng enough work experience.

Dito sa pilipinas sibrang big deal nyan to get a job pero kung may sarili kan business at kaya mo mag tayo with a backup go for it mahirap naman yumaman sa pilipinas ng 9-5 )
