Right person for the right job, for sure nagfafactor in dun yung pedigree mo lalo if big4 ka graduate

Maybe it's not all that matters but it gives off a better first impression if your school is reputable

To some extent oo, saka depende rin sa type ng trabaho and kung entry-level ba, pero pag freelance naman, mukhang less discriminating. Pag sa gobyerno ka mag-aapply, hindi diploma usapin diyan, ang usapin, sino backer mo he he he. (It's not what you know but whom you know)

Kung sa PH ka mag wowork. I think oo. Pero, pag work from home (WFH) most companies di naman nila pinapansin. They focus more on sa skills mo than your background.
