Still depends sa company. I have this company that doesn’t look from where you came from. Just prove them you are competent and be consistent.

depends on the employer, for some, big deal yung college (mga kilala or top univ) pero most of the time, the way you present yourself. Be polite and jolly when answering questions

yes. you can't deny the advantage lalo na if head to head ang laban. if most of your soon to be team mates is same school. mas may edge ka kasi mas same kayo ng brain waves. most of interviewers di lang acads tinitignan kasi kundi kung pano ka makisama.

Graduate ako from Big 4. IMHO, sa junior positions lang may impact ang school. Sa managerial, experience talaga.

Yes. Gives a headstart talaga, particularly kung sa province na limited lang yung campuses ng big4.

The sad reality is yes. Pero once nakapasok ka na it really doesnt matter. Minsan ung sa big schools pa ang walang initiative

yes pero depende sa industry. may mga streeotypes kasi minsan ang mga offices sa mga applicants depende sa kung saan sila graduate.

Unfortunately pag fresh graduate ka, oo. After that not so much. But starting is important to show your ability first from school.
