In short, Yes. But, if you are working in the creative industry field it may not be so much, they are more concerned with your ideas and portfolio.

for me one thing na pwede mong madala from school to work, is yung ability mo to speak up (ex. presentations, reports, etc). and technical skills (critical thinking, analyzing) mostly naman sa work ay skills. and self taught yung iba.

So far based on experience from top 4, junior/entry positions lang as others said. Kapag senior position mas tumitingin na sila sa experiences mo (tho I guess may konting bias padin ung ibang companies sa big 4 tho mas konti na)

Yes it matters, Iba kasi talaga yung mindset ng mga galing big 4. More likely to be perseverant and willing to learn compared to non Big 4
