idk tbh there could be a myriad of reasons to why ot happened but one thing im sure of is that a marcos leading this country again was kind of expected we liyerally let em participate in politics not even a decade after we kicked em out (92 elections)
Maraming factors pero one contributor is yung marketing strat. Mas papaboran talaga ng mga tao yung inaapi kesa yung nangaapi. Mahilig kasi ang mga Pilipino sa teleserye e.
some (not all) pinks actively antagonized people who werent on their side, which is a bad way of trying to get more votes for your candidate as much as possible
It's a contributing factor, sure but I strongly doubt any of the opposing voters would have chaned stances if the strategies presented were different. A lot of them seem to have already concluded on who to vote for the moment a certain candidate decided to run for president.
hmmm.... maybe, maybe but opinions don't really affect committed voters. so it definitely affected those that we're supposed to vote for Leni but seeing the aggressiveness of their supporters they chose not to.
it could be that her campaign team didn't manage to lessen the elitist vibes from hardcore na mga voters. especially mga type na post sa wildflour after ng rally
Fake news, elitist voters, and misinformed voters were her downfall. I was rooting and voted for her though. Sucks that she could have been a good president. What a waste with what we have now.
