meal plan dami sa youtube. tas weigh mo lagi sarili kada umaga before uminom tubig para malaman kung gumaganda ba meal plan sayo

ako ginawa ko hinanap ko yung usual calories ko per day before the deficit tapos nag set ako ng maximum amount of calories that i can have per day na lower sa usual ko. after nun gumawa ako ng meal plan around that set amount. medyo labor intensive siya pero worth it naman in the end

Iwas ka sa junk foods lang din talaga tsaka mga chocolates din. Isang maliit na serving nung mga yun super taas na din sa calories e.
