Two men were arrested early Monday for allegedly robbing then raping a 21-year-old woman in San Fernando town in Cebu province.
Police arrested the two at their houses after the victim reported the incident to them, GMA Cebus Gregy Magdadaro reported.
Authorities are still tracking down a third suspect in the crime.
But the suspects, identified as Arnel Labrica and Kevin Cabrera, denied the allegations.
Police said the two face charges of rape if tests affirm the victim was sexually assaulted.
