For ease of maintenance I would say just get a noctua cooler or something similar, AIO also pretty good these days just a bit of a hassle to install, water cooling takes quite a big budget and time to make it

My computer is high spec and i only use AIO. If you’re not an enthusiast, water cooling isn’t recommended

Air or liquid doesnt matter. Mostly looks lang.

Kung hindi nag ooverclock, no. If for aesthetics, sure, pero maganda rin aesthetics ng tower coolers for me.
