medyo late na sagot pero depende yan kung anong level ng cooling need mo --> dedepende rin 'to sa type ng activity na ginagawa mo
tama yung sinabi ng iba na mataas cost nya para sa setup

whilst mas maganda magconduct ng heat ang tubig kaysa sa setup na nakadepende lang sa hangin, overkill sya kung ang general activity mo lang ay hindi computing-hungry (office stuff, surfing, etc) o ang types ng games mo ay hindi procie heavy.
