If you're looking to increase performance by overclocking then by all means go for it. But many aircooled solutions already provide good cooling.

Helps cool the PC with lesser noise than the conventional PC cooling but in my experience there are case fans na very silent na especially when the PC is under hard load. Like Noctua & Scythe, medyo may kamahalan nga lang pero masmadali maintenance in comparison to liquid-cooled

Based on my experience pre kapag mainit kwarto mo kahit water cool yan mainit parin ang kinalabasan yan kasi mainit yung kwarto mo at kulob same goes sa Airflow
kung ako tatanungin mo prefer ko ang airflow less hassle when it comes sa water leak and ang hirap pa mag RMA kapag nabasa yung mga compoenents mo hehe

depends on your build. Pag low spec to midrange ok na yung air cooler. Pero pag high spec ka, go for aio

For me no, kasi mahirap maintenance. kung di ka naman nag ooverlock like most of the casual gamers mag air cooling ka nalang tipid pa

Unless enthusiast ka, di worth it. Better pa rin air cooling lang. Kahit AIO di ako fan.

Parang olats na aio, peerless assassin sobrang murang air cooler tapos effective pa.

If you know computers and can maintain it, worth it ang water cooled. Pero if not so much, mahirap kasi sensitive ang watercooling in case magkaproblema.
