Hi! I've been through that (couple times maybe, lol). I suggest to take the initiative and start "The Talk" yourself. If your careers are some of the reasons why the relationship is falling apart, then it might be okay to just deal with it immediately, since mga professional naman kayo. Hope ur doing fine though.

Di sa pinag ooverthink ko kayo ha, pero sure ba kayo na walang ibang nagpapasaya sa kanya na co workmate niya? Kasi sa akin lang, it may look toxic pero lagi ako or siya na mag iinitiate ng talk mapa big or small pa yan. Mahirap talaga kasi mawalan ng connection sa isa't isa.

At the end of the day, siguro it will fall on understanding each other na may kanya kanya kayong goal talaga.
