Any thoughts sa pag take ng Creatine daily? With enough water naman
Taking creatine is good especially lalo na kung liad or heavy days but i suggest u watch videos from max posternak, sean nalewanyj or even kina johnny shrieve and jay cutler

I recommend multi vitamins, creatine and a source of protein. Everything else is wasting of money, buy some real food.
