Agree, wala tatalo sa whole foods. Supplements is created to "supply" not "replace" sinusupply lang yung mga kulang na nutrients na hindi natin nakukuha sa daily intake. Kung kaya kunin sa food, much better. Exemption lang is yung kailangan mag isolate ng vitamins/mineral consumption due to health reasonsI recommend multi vitamins, creatine and a source of protein. Everything else is wasting of money, buy some real food.
