Biased ako sa US kasi maganda naman experience ko doon. Wala naman masyadong racism, but I can't speak for other people. Very good food too.

Ok rin naman Canada, but only in the major cities. Most of Canada is a barren wasteland outside of places like Toronto, Vancouver, and other similar places. Mahihirapan ka kung mapupunta ka sa mga ganung lugar. That being said, ang ganda ng national parks ng Canada. Worth the trip.

Try considering Australia? It has all the comforts of a first world country, but only 5 hours away. 2-3 hours lang din ang time difference; handy if you want to regularly have voice calls with family/friends in the Philippines.
