For me:

I do megadose in Vit C. 1000 mg in the morning and 1000mg in the evening plus lots of water.

Rest is key and drink lots of fluids.

Based on my personal experience, I only ate and drank liquid based products. I ate soup and drank alot of water. Warm water with honey and ginger really helps alot. Vitamin C and Tylenol Complete played a big role aswell.

If you have a severe soar throat just like what I had, gargle something lng bactidol or in my case the betadine gargle syrup. I was struggling with my voice and it really helped alot.

Lastly, strepsils or cepacol. Those were my remedies when I had covid for 10 days.

tama, kahit may sipon ka nga lang mag pa-positive siguro sa test... hopefully maging okay ka na... palakas lang ng immune

Bakit kaya hindi makagawa ng vaccine na totally hindi ka mahahawaan kahit fully vaccinated ka na. Kasi kung makasama ka ng isang positive malaki ung chance na maging carrier ka, tapos kawawa naman ung mahahawaan mo na di nabakunahan...
