Home remedies you know when you got covid

rest talaga ang key. try drinking lukewarm water

my wife and kids got covid last week, home remediest we did is

1. warm lemon with honey moring and before bedtime
2. humidifier on 24 hrs a day
3. tuod/suob 15 minutes a day

they are now getting well

First thing I would do after exposer is get some sun, eat healthy (lots of meat & fruit) do some exercise if possible.

Have Tylenol around, eat when you can, stay hydrated, REST.
