May nabasa ako para mabilis makatulog try to slowly relax yung body starting from the feet then going up it works for me

Good evening po, maganda po talaga if may enough rest po tayo dahil maganda sa katawan. Hindi rin po maganda yung sobrang rest dahil masama na rin po ito sa kalusugan natin at based sa experience ko, nagiging tamad po ako pag ganto.

Hirap na ngayon parang di ko ma off ang utak ko. Dati nag fofocus lang ako sa hinga ko na parang binabantayan ko. Antok agad. Ngayon ang hirap ewan.

Nakakamiss yung matulog ng matagal and mahimbing hehe. I'm having a hard time sleeping since last year due to anxiety
