Quitting smoking is hard, good thing vaping helped me to quit. It took me a while to get out of smoking, but eventually got rid of it.

Nicotine is not bad in small doses. Ayon sa aking pagsasaliksik at mismong karanasan, tar talaga ang masama sa yosi.

When I stopped smoking. Iba yung withdrawal. Inubo talaga ako tapos lumalabas ung sobrang dami na plema.

Been sober sa yosi since 2016 and malaki ang improvement sa breathing, stamina, sense of smell, taste and even my anger. Yun nga lang medyo madalas mainit ulo pero tamang calm lang after some kick of nicotine.

I know mahirap sya itigil lalo na kapag tapos kumain at kapag jejebs. Pero nakaya ko at alam kong kaya nyo rin. If you have questions, maybe I can help. Advocate ako ng pagtigil sa yosi. Well, I help as much as I can.

Ang hirap hindi mag yosi habang na-inom, yun lang ata ang di ko mapigil , di nman ako din kasi ako naghhanap ng yosi pagtapos kumain or kung najejebs, dahil di rin nagyoyosi mga kasama ko sa bahay na-c-control wag mag yosi sa bahay, and sometimes if there's no availble smoking area or may mga di nagyoyosi sa paligid, di nren ako naghahanap ng paraan mag yosi. I have Relx now per minsan ko lang din nagagamit. I tried quitting smoking before, It took me 8months straight no withdrawal whatsoever kht 2004 pa ko nag start mag yosi. siguro iba ba lang din system ng tao.

Yung experience ko ang hirap huminga kapag bigla bigla ka tumigil pumnta panga kami noon sa ospital pero sa awa ng dios naka survive din naman
