Quitting smoking is hard, good thing vaping helped me to quit. It took me a while to get out of smoking, but eventually got rid of it.

Nicotine is not bad in small doses. Ayon sa aking pagsasaliksik at mismong karanasan, tar talaga ang masama sa yosi.

When I stopped smoking. Iba yung withdrawal. Inubo talaga ako tapos lumalabas ung sobrang dami na plema.

Been sober sa yosi since 2016 and malaki ang improvement sa breathing, stamina, sense of smell, taste and even my anger. Yun nga lang medyo madalas mainit ulo pero tamang calm lang after some kick of nicotine.

I know mahirap sya itigil lalo na kapag tapos kumain at kapag jejebs. Pero nakaya ko at alam kong kaya nyo rin. If you have questions, maybe I can help. Advocate ako ng pagtigil sa yosi. Well, I help as much as I can.

Hello thank you for sharing, share ko lang din na noong hs ako pinasok ko din yan inom at yosi pero sa yosi di ako naadik I mean nakontrol ko naman now nga eh nagyoyosi lang ako kapag umiinom. Ewan ko pero di ako naadik sa yosi kaya ko syang wala. Siguro nasa tao lang talaga. Now, Im into vaping ganon may mga times na tumitigil ako, gamit ulit kapag trip lang ganon. Kumbaga di ako nagpapalulong hehe

Naging struggle ko na rin yan buti na lang nakapagquit na rin sa pagvvape haha. Inisip ko lang talaga ang kalusugan at iyong mawawala sakin kapag itinuloy ko ang bisyo.

Almost got addicted back in 2019. Luckily pandemic hit and I stopped completely.
