im 93kg at 6'0", most of that is body fat lmao chinese flu and lack of discipline hit me super hard. Might take me a year to get back to an acceptable state. I've been weightlifting and focusing on cardio. You should probably set a goal for yourself and shoot straight for it.

Stick with the basic, mag whole body workout ka muna sa gym wag mashadong mabigat focus on your form and ang goal mo is to strengthn your muscle 1st..

At suggest ko lang magandang matuto ka mag push ups kht 3 to 5 reps lang and then kht 5 to 8 sets na ganun..

Marameng tnatamaan ang pushups so solid tlga shang workout in my opinion

body weight workouts , push ups ,situps etc then as you do mix it up with machines then free weights etc

start with cardio, kahit walk, jog or runs.
then pag malakas na stamina mo, mas marami ka na pwede gawing exercise
