The Philippines has environmental friendly laws, but has little to no impact. Due to lack of enforcement and infrastructure to sustain it. We as Filipinos, nakasanayan na magtapon without properly segregating it or that we don't take into account what materials is in the product.
I just want to complain the lack of recycling plants in Mindanao, we have a lot of light bulbs here, but, I don't want to throw it just anywhere. LGUs don't see the benefit of it, nor those in power care. It's hard to obey the law when it don't apply to those on top.

Imo, kailangan natin iintegrate ang cleanliness sa kultura natin, di naman sa dugyot ang kulturang pinoy pero malinaw naman na di natin nakakaugalian maging considerate para sa kapaligiran natin or sa mga taga linis o sa kung sino man mamomroblema sa kalat natin kinabukasan, kung titingnan natin culture ng japan napaka obedient nila sa laws nila, nasa kultura nila na maging masunurin, for better or for worse, hence gumagana mga environment laws nila
