Malamig na tubig. Malinis, pwede makuha sa bahay, at healthy pa.

Kung gusto mo ng may lasa, fruit juice (e.g. buko) o kaya fruit smoothies (e.g. banana-apple smoothie).

Iwasan ang sobrang tamis na mga inumin tulad ng softdrinks o ice tea kasi malasa man iyun ay nakakauhaw.

Extra note, kung sobrang init at parang na-dedehydrate ka (o kaya naman nag-eexercise ka ng sobra), ipaghalo mo yung Gatorade tyka tubig, kahit 30-70 split.
