Most of my life kasi payat ako. Tapos ngayong 20+ na ako dun na ako tumaba pero sabay din paglaki ng tiyan ko haha. Any tips para mabawasan ang fats?

Diet and exercise is your answer sir. In order na mawala ang fats, need i-burn ng body mo by being in a caloric deficit. Ibig sabihin nito ay mas maraming calories and nabuburn mo vs sa mga naiintake (pagkain). To do this, need mo either bawasan ang pagkain, dagdagan ang activity/exercise, or balance both (recommended)

bawasan mo calorie intake. okay lang carbs wag lang matatamis. wag rin mag crash diet kasi pati muscle mo mawawala

I've read it from somewhere brother that "Fitness is 90% diet, 10% gym." Simulan natin sa kinakain sasabay narin ang pagbubuhat, which is true in my honest opinion lang. Nagsimula ulit ako this year 1/22/24: 109.05 Kg and last nagtimbang ako ng 03/03/24 103.6 Kg, baby steps pa kasi di pa ko ganun kasuper strict sa diet ko pero as I progress mas magiging strict ako. You do the math brother at tandaan mo, "kung kaya ko, kaya mo" it goes the other way around also, disiplina lang talaga.

Kahit bawas ng meals ka lang muna mag start, kahit wala munang restrictions. Mabibigla ka lang kapag marami ka na agad tinanggal, mostly mental ang pag didiet.

Mas mahalaga ang pagkain sa exercise bro. Try to compute calories tapos minus ka 500 at a time para di din kulang nutrients
