Everytime na didilim paningin mo sa pagkain, isipin mo po na lahat ng pinaghirapan mo mapupunta lang sa gastusin sa pagpagamot.

Hi guys hingi po ako advice... medyo mabigat po kase trabaho ko and usually OT and pag masyado pagod na naiisip ko parati mag stress eating kasi un ang outlet ng pagod ko pero ngayon na guguilty na po ako kase alam ko di na healthy.
Try to find accoutability buddies that can help you avoid over eating

hi, stress eater here. isipin mo pag gabi ano ba ang benefit ng stress eating sayo. kung wala naman, then why do it.
isipin mo nalang ang pros and cons.

I struggled before stress eating. Meditation, accountability buddy all helpful. Most important is to focus on the good and not be discouraged.
