process ur feelings better by talking to someone instead of dealing with them alone. drink water, breathe

ganyan lahat no worries pre pero kung gusto mo mag hanap ka ng work/life balance na trabaho or kausapin mo boss mo. or hanap ka ng stress management tools while nasa work ka
