Office Professional Plus 2013 enables you to work together even better by giving you more control over compliance, new tools for analyzing and sharing data, and more possibilities for communication. Plus, Access, Lync and InfoPath are included in the suite.

Let's get started.
Download the edition you prefer. You will have an ISO image and a folder with the Microsoft Toolkit.
The ISO image is a clean direct Retail Microsoft Office 2013 Pro Plus.
Extract the ISO image to a folder somewhere to your desktop. We need to use the Toolkit to convert the Retail version to a Volume edition.
Run the Toolkit as admin and go to the "Customize Setup" tab and click "Set Installer Path" located the "Setup.exe" of the folder on your desktop. Wait until you get the successful message.

Click "Change Channel" wait for the successful message, then close the Toolkit.
Install Microsoft Office, located the same "Setup.exe" file on your desktop folder, do full install or you can do a custom install and only select one or two products.
Once the Office it installed, run the Toolkit again under admin, Go to go the "Activation" tab, click "Check and once it finishes click on the "EZ-Activator".
