Kalokohan ng mga yan. Unahin nila yung education (kahit overpriced yung mga laptop ) at agriculture (dahil agricultural country tayo pero nag-i-import tayo sa ibang bansa).

Nope. Di solusyon ang mandatory ROTC. Di ba nila alam ang history ng brutality from universities? Sexual Harassment, Hazing, Physical Abuse, etc. If ROTC teaches discipline, how come may maganap na ganto. Gosh
