Nope. Di solusyon ang mandatory ROTC. Di ba nila alam ang history ng brutality from universities? Sexual Harassment, Hazing, Physical Abuse, etc. If ROTC teaches discipline, how come may maganap na ganto. Gosh

Not needed tska may history of abuse. Madami namang ibang paraan ng pagdidisiplina sa mga bata.
